Vranjes Technologies Group ("VTG", "we", "us") provides WhatsApp booking and lead-capture assistants for trade businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, business name, trade, phone number, email address and any details you choose to share. When our WhatsApp assistant is deployed on a client's business number, it collects the information end customers provide during that conversation, such as contact details, job descriptions and photos, on behalf of that client business.

How we use it

We do not sell your information to third parties.

Who can see it

Information submitted through a client's WhatsApp assistant is shared with that client business, since it is collected to help them respond to their own customer. VTG may access this data to build, support and maintain the service.

Data storage and security

Information is stored using reputable third-party infrastructure providers and reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing vranjestech@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
