VTG builds and operates WhatsApp-based booking and lead-capture assistants for trade businesses. Specific scope, pricing and service levels for a client engagement are agreed separately and directly with that client, since these vary by business.

Use of this website

You may use this website to learn about VTG and to submit enquiries. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through our forms.

We aim to keep this site accurate but make no guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free. Pricing discussed directly with a client supersedes anything general referenced on this site.

Client responsibilities

Where VTG operates an assistant on a client's WhatsApp number, the client remains responsible for the accuracy of pricing and service information given to their own customers, and for complying with applicable consumer and communications laws in their jurisdiction.

To the extent permitted by law, VTG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or the booking assistant service, including missed leads due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
